Shehu Musa Malan was born on 25th June 1956 in Ikara LGA Kaduna State He obtained Higher National Diploma in 1992 at Ahmadu Bello University Kongo Zaria in Local Government studies He has served in various capacities at Local Government Administration such as Deputy Director Planning/Budgeting, Finance Ag. Director of Finance and Chief Internal Auditor.
Malan has enrolled himself with the Institute of Chartered Management Auditors 2004 – 2005, ASCON 2009 and Institute of Chartered Management Account (ICMA) 2012 – 2013.
He retired from the service 2016 as Chief Executive Officer Account with Kaduna state Local Government Service Commission.
Shehu is married, blessed with some number of children and being a retiree he engaged himself as a fulltime farmer. He is enjoying his present time.
