Abdulhamid Dahiru was born on 10th February, 1974 in Gidan Noma village, Ikara, Ikara Local Government Area of Kaduna state – Nigeria. He acquired his Primary School and tertiary knowledge from 1988 – 1998. Also He moved to Bayero University, Kano, where he obtained his Diploma certificate in Educational Management in 2001, B.ed. Degree in Adult Education and Community Services in 2008, M.ed. Degree in Adult and Non-formal Education in 2016, and PhD. In Adult and Non-formal Education (inview).
He served in both Government and private Institutions which include: He served as a classroom teacher with Kaduna state primary education board under Ikara Local Government Education Authority from 2001 – 2007. Nevertheless, within his years of service, He was posted to Kaduna state co-operative Institute Ikara as a Lecturer on Secom dement from 2008 – 2016.
He is now the Principal and a Proprietor of Farhan Islamic Academy Ikara. Also a Member of Ikara Orphanage Charity Trust and Ikara Community Progressive Association (IKACPA) respectively.
He is also a Lecturer with Federal College of Education, Zaria and a part-time Lecturer with Institute of Education, Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. Department of Adult Education and community Development.
He is married and blessed with ten children
